Welcome to 4J Tuning ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including the purchase and delivery of digital tuning files.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Legal Use Disclaimer

All tuning files, calibrations, and modifications provided by 4J Tuning are intended for off-road or competition use only.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these files complies with all local, state, and federal laws and emissions regulations. We are not liable for any legal consequences or fines resulting from misuse.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• The legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle being tuned

3. File Uploads

By uploading your stock ECU or TCM file, you confirm:

• You are authorized to modify this file
• The file belongs to a legally-owned vehicle

4. Digital Products

All tuning files are digital goods and are:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Delivered via download link or email

Delivery times vary depending on complexity and order volume. Please allow 1-3 days for tune processing.

5. Limited Warranty

Tuning files are provided “as is” with no warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with third-party tools
• Improved fuel economy, power, or reliability
• Preservation of factory warranties

All use is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Engine or transmission damage
• Emissions test failure
• Inspection failure
• Voided warranties

7. Payment & Pricing

All pricing is in USD. Payment is required in full before delivery. Accepted methods: Shop Pay, PayPal, credit/debit card.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Accurate VIN/vehicle data
• Providing the correct stock file
• Using proper flashing tools
• Backing up original ECU files

9. Intellectual Property

All tuning files remain the property of 4J Tuning. Resale, redistribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
