Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2025

Thanks for purchasing from 4J Tuning. Due to the nature of our digital products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All tuning files and calibration files are non-refundable, including:

• ECM/TCM files
• Custom calibrations
• Digital performance files

2. Delivery Issues

If you didn’t receive your file:

• Check your spam folder
• Contact us at sales@4jtuning.com

We’ll re-send your file promptly.

3. Incorrect File Uploads

If incorrect details were submitted:

• We may fix it free if caught early
• A rework fee may apply if a tune was already built

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Uploading correct files
• Using supported flash tools
• Flashing files to correct vehicles

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted, email us. We’ll review and respond fairly.
